When purchased new Handi Quilter Machines in Australasia, are warranted from the date of delivery to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period(s) specified herein. (Refer to separate Warranty for Handi Quilter Pro- Stitchers).Handi Quilter will provide parts and labour to the customer to correct manufacturing defects in material and workmanship that occur under normal use, during the applicable warranty period.This warranty is made only to the original purchaser who acquires this product for his or her own use from an authorized Handi Quilter Retailer.
This warranty only covers defects encountered during normal use and does not apply to damage or failure due to abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage or force majeure, failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions machine user manual, improper maintenance or lubrication, improper adjustments or modifications to the machine, and the installation or use of non-Handi Quilter parts or accessories.
This warranty does not apply to: consumables, losses or damage to goods, or other property damage arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the machine. Handi Quilter will not be responsible for the cost of shipping replacement parts or of travel and related expenses of its certified technicians incurred while providing services pursuant to this warranty.Void if: This warranty is void if anyone other than Handi Quilter or one of its certified technicians attempts to repair or modify the machine. This warranty is void if parts or accessories other than Handi Quilter are used in conjunction with your Handi Quilter machine.To qualify for our standard warranty your Handi Quilter product should be well maintained & serviced at least every 12 months by an approved Handi Quilter technician.

This limited warranty stated in sections (b), (c), (d), and (e) above shall be limited solely to the replacement of parts which, in the opinion of Handi Quilter Australia are defective in workmanship or material and are returned to Handi Quilter Australia, or an authorised repair facility, or such other point or place that may be designated by Handi Quilter Australia.

Warranty Inclusions:
Handi Quilter shall have no obligation for any claim under this warranty if the Pro-Stitcher has been misused, abused, neglected, damaged in transit or has been altered from the standard specifications established by HandiQuilter, if proper cleaning and maintenance has not been performed, or if the Pro-Stitcher is used on other frame systems with other machines than those specified by Handi Quilter.
We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may at our sole discretion, ( with the exception of Special orders) allow a return for refund on a case-by-case basis, provides the item in question is:
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process.We will provide you with a refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the payment of return postage.
