Order Processing

Orders placed before 10:00 am (AEST) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 am, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, promotional events, and other peak trading periods.

Shipping is calculated based on your order value, making it simple and transparent.

$2,500.00 – $5,999.99 AUD $49.99
$6,000.00 and above AUD $299.99

Delivery Information
Shipping rates apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Accessories can be delivered to most PO Boxes.Longarm quilting machines and other large equipment require delivery to a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.Standard delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the local courier network.Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, extreme weather events, or due to courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
